Contemplating lessons learned on starting my own biz (Karen Kane dress, Sole Society boots, Vintage find)

Monday, January 13, 2014

Busy week ahead, with a new shoot happening for Séchoir, new sponsors, new team, new studio... NEW YEAR. If I've learned anything from starting my own business, it's to surround yourself with positive, uplifting, loyal people, who believe in the project as much as you do. And to take advice from those you trust (key word), but to absolutely stay true to your gut and instinct. It's the passion that will take you through the hard times.

Thanks so much for the support, guys. I've noticed a lot of you popping over from November Grey and "liking" us on Facebook, following along on Twitter, and engaging in our posts from Instagram. It means the world and I appreciate YOU.

Let's make it a great week!
