Don't ever "drink" your calories, ladies. I've had this rule FOREVER. Wouldn't you rather use those precious calories up on food anyway? You'd be surprised how much sugar and daily calories are taken up this way.
If you love your juice and lemonade like I do, always, ALWAYS mix it with water - at least half and half.
