Black Maxi/Ode to Stella

I've been trying to find a way to wear this floor length black maxi skirt I found via thrift for quite some time now..

I never could quite get it right in the warmer days. But layering with my favorite booties and tiny leather jacket (also seen here & here) seemed to do the trick.
